What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free for all US orders over $25. The free shipping is through First Class mail. You can choose to upgrade that to faster shipping if you'd like, but it's not necessary. Please keep in mind that regardless of the shipping method you choose, we do need time to make your scrunchies.

How soon will I get my scrunchy order?

Currently orders are shipping within 2-3 business days.

We generally make scrunchies to order. There are two 'seamsters' so we're turning them around fairly quickly. Most orders are shipped within 5 days of your purchase. If you need yours faster, please send me an email and I'll see if I can accommodate you. We will send you an email when your scrunchies are shipped.

What is 'Same Day Shipping'?

We have some of our most popular items made in advance. For those items (noted with a blue star on the image of the item), we'll ship those the same day they're ordered if we receive your order by 2 p.m. CST Monday through Friday. For those orders received after that, we'll ship the order the next business day. Please note, though, that if your order contains items that are not same day shipping, your entire will not be shipped until all of the items are prepared. To have your items shipped the same day make a separate order for the items that are not same day shipping.

What shipping service do you use?

We use the US Postal Service for my shipments in most cases. Scrunchies don't weigh much, but they do take up some room. The USPS is generally the most cost-effective way to send scrunchies. I make it a habit to track each shipment and will send you the tracking number when I ship them.

How do I check on the status of my order?

We're excited to offer this new feature! If you login to place your order (rather than ordering as a guest), you can track the status of your order by Logging In to your Dashboard. If you don't know your password, you can request a new password here - then you can change it to whatever you'd like after you login.
